The Conference has arranged a preferential room rate at the
Hampton by Hilton Hotel in York. Overlooking the City Wall, the hotel is just a five minute walk from the train station.

Buses from York to the University pick up at the train station and in the city centre – so best to stay within walking distance (i.e. in and around of the city centre, or further south – closer to the university) to limit travel time.
